Once your account is set up, you will be presented with a carbon footprint number (as shown below).
In order to improve the accuracy, please enter some additional data about your business and its activities in the Operations section. To keep your footprint accurate and up-to-date, this information should be filled in quarterly.
There are 5 modules in this section:
Places - the number of work locations your business operates from
People - the number of employees and where they work
Vehicles - confirm your fuel transaction categorisations
Energy - confirm and enter energy usage for work sites (if known)
F-Gases - enter f-gas usage if applicable
All the information you enter here helps the platform understand the Scope breakdown of your emissions. For example, number of employees and work locations will contribute to your Scope 1 emissions whereas your energy purchase information will contribute to your Scope 2 emissions.
