Set up your Sage ID as a current Sage Earth user

A guide to help Sage Earth users set up their Sage ID, as an extra security step when logging on to the Sage Earth platform.

As part of Sage's commitment to Digital Transformation, the upgrade of customer identification and data protection means that all Sage product users should set up a Sage ID, if they haven't already.

As part of the Sage ID creation it will require you to set up multi-factor authentication.

Here is what it will look like the next time you log in to Sage Earth.

Are you an existing Sage Earth customer? YES

Did you sign up directly through your cloud accountancy platform? NO

Enter your Sage Earth email.

You will be prompted to enter your Sage Earth password one more time. After you have set up the Sage ID, you won't need to enter the Sage Earth password again.

You will then be directed to the Sage ID login portal, where you can use your Sage ID details to sign in (if you have already created one).

If you haven't created a Sage ID yet, this is where you will be directed to do so. This step is a form of added security protection. Click HERE to find out more about Sage ID (just search for it within the webpage).

Are you an existing Sage Earth customer already? YES

Did you sign up through your cloud accountancy platform? YES

When you go to app.earth.sage.com/login, click the login link highlighted below to login via your accountancy platform.

The next screen will look like this.

Select your accounting platform and sign in with your own credentials.
